Directed Use on Training Days: To determine tolerance, begin by taking one serving (1 scoop) mixed with (4-6 oz.) of water 20-30 minutes before training. During your workout, it is recommended that you drink plenty of water. [2 stars] It has been speculated that AAKG may increase production of nitric oxide, a substance known to enhance blood flow. In one study, AAKG improved measures of strength and short-term power performance in weight lifters.Nitric oxide is the popular name for AAKG (arginine alpha-ketoglutarate), a compound made from the amino acid L-arginine and alpha-ketoglutarate, a substance formed in the body's energy-generating process. AAKG is a popular supplement among bodybuilders and other athletes because of claims that it increases production of nitric oxide in muscles. Nitric oxide is known to have blood-flow-enhancing effects,1 which could in theory increase the delivery of oxygen and nutrients to exercising muscle. While L-arginine by itself is known to increase nitric oxide production, no research has been done to show that AAKG does the same. However, double-blind trials of AAKG suggest it improves some measures of strength and power resulting from weight training.2, 3

Great enerty boost all through workout, keeps you moving. Towards end, had jitters / shakes even after 1.5 hours! I am 145 lbs (150 lb bench press 20x), workouts AM & PM 2 days a week (or) run / HIIT Training (Tabata Protocol) 2-3x per week, PM 4 days a week (P90X), stretching / walking 1 day a week.

First off I gotta say WOW! This product is amazing. Compared to other pre's I've tried, this one by far outshines them. Other pre's get me jumpy and their performance ends at the beta tingles. With this I got incredible focus throughout the duration of my workout, as well as an unmatched pump. In every exercise over two different workouts, I increased weight in all of them. A couple by quite a large amount. And the best part was that I wasn't nearly as fatigued as I normally am which helped me push even harder. As far as the actual powder goes, it dissolved instantly in my water, tasted really good, and went down easily-you cant ask for anymore than that. This will personally be a staple product in my stack for now on.

me and friend bought this c4 wanting to see if this wud motivate us to work out more. got a bottle water and 2scoops abt 30min later my face felt kinda itchy, then i hit up the gym and work out like a beast, i was sweating like crazy. I ran 5 miles which ive never done ever, then work out my ab and shoulder after. Cant believe it worked for me but as for my friend he didnt feel a thing sadly.
