To create a concentrated Animal Rage "shot", mix 1 level scoop in 4 oz. of your beverage of choice 20-30 minutes before vigorous activity, consuming the beverage quickly. Due to the extreme potency of Animal Rage, it would be advised to start with 1/2 scoop to assess one's tolerance. Do not consume more than one serving within a 24 hour period or within 6-8 hours of bedtime.

[2 stars] It has been speculated that AAKG may increase production of nitric oxide, a substance known to enhance blood flow. In one study, AAKG improved measures of strength and short-term power performance in weight lifters.Nitric oxide is the popular name for AAKG (arginine alpha-ketoglutarate), a compound made from the amino acid L-arginine and alpha-ketoglutarate, a substance formed in the body's energy-generating process. AAKG is a popular supplement among bodybuilders and other athletes because of claims that it increases production of nitric oxide in muscles. Nitric oxide is known to have blood-flow-enhancing effects,1 which could in theory increase the delivery of oxygen and nutrients to exercising muscle. While L-arginine by itself is known to increase nitric oxide production, no research has been done to show that AAKG does the same. However, double-blind trials of AAKG suggest it improves some measures of strength and power resulting from weight training.2, 3

Really easy to take other than it's somewhat terrible taste. I've taken it by putting it in water bottles, shakers, and even just taking a scoop and putting it in my mouth and drinking water. The taste is worth the effect. It gives me extreme amounts of energy for a good 2-3 hour workout.

THE PRODUCT WORKS REALLY GOOD WAS ABLE TO WORKOUT AND KEEP THE PUMP GOING FOR OVER 2 HRS. THE ONLY COMPLAINT I HAVE IS IT TASTES LIKE S**T, NEED TO IMPROVE THE TASTE OF THIS PRODUCT.
