Mix ½ to 1 scoop of ASSAULT in 14-16 oz of water 20-30 minutes before training. For optimal results, drink a minimum of 1 gallon of water daily.
For Hardcore Training Sessions: Use 1 scoop of ASSAULT in 12-16 oz of water 20-30 minutes before training.
For Moderate-Intensity Training: Use ½ scoop of ASSAULT in 8-12 oz of water 20-30 minutes before training.

[2 stars] It has been speculated that AAKG may increase production of nitric oxide, a substance known to enhance blood flow. In one study, AAKG improved measures of strength and short-term power performance in weight lifters.Nitric oxide is the popular name for AAKG (arginine alpha-ketoglutarate), a compound made from the amino acid L-arginine and alpha-ketoglutarate, a substance formed in the body's energy-generating process. AAKG is a popular supplement among bodybuilders and other athletes because of claims that it increases production of nitric oxide in muscles. Nitric oxide is known to have blood-flow-enhancing effects,1 which could in theory increase the delivery of oxygen and nutrients to exercising muscle. While L-arginine by itself is known to increase nitric oxide production, no research has been done to show that AAKG does the same. However, double-blind trials of AAKG suggest it improves some measures of strength and power resulting from weight training.2, 3

This product worked great but had a lot of side effects.Shortly after taking my 1 scoop of assault i wont get stomach aches. i got stomach aches because 1 serving of assault was huge and there are to many fillers in it which cause the scoop to be so big. If you could get past the stomach aches this product is good but if your like most you people you wont and it will hold you back while training. I also grew tolerance for this product after about 2 weeks so i would have to up the dosage which made the value of this product go down. There is about 32 servings in the bottle but when you have to take two scoops at a time its not worth the price.

Good value for the cost, it does what I believe it's intended to do (Getting me pump and ready for a workout). It has its downs though, when you start the regimen with it, it tends to make your bowels move in a bad way but as you get further along it does not effect like that. Also the taste is great but it tends to have a tart after taste which I am not crazy about. I definitely think it's worth a try to see if you would like it.

I use Assault daily about 30 minutes prior to workout. The powder is very fine, mixes easy and taste good. I haven't tried the other Assault flavors but the blue raspberry taste pretty good. I noticed a much higher level of energy and focus as compared to the other brands I've tried. Mix a full scoop with about 10-12 ounces of water and your good to go!

I thought I was getting a good prework when buying this. I bought it on a Thursday, and started a cycle on a Monday, Took it mon, tues and wed. Its does make u hot. But after a half hr and between working out all I had was fart and felt like I was going to puke. Then about a hr after taking it I was on the pooper for 3-4 hrs Pooping water and my poop was compleate green. This isnt normal! Im taking my stuff back to gnc because of their 30 day polocy and getting Jacked3d again. Much better!

This product is super expensive for only 32 servings. First off the servings are to much. The scoop for Assault is 4x bigger then then the scoop for jack3d. because the serving is so big it causes bloating. after the second time i used this product i stopped feeling it.

I've been using Jack3d and C4 for the longest time and I love both of them but I wanted to change it up so I thought I would try assault. I've been on this product for almost a month now and I have to say It is great. I work out first thing in the morning and after I take assault, I feel wide awake. My usual workout takes about an hour and a half but with assault I feel like I could go on for three hours. Assault doesn't give off the pins and needles like C4 and jack3d does (at least to me) however, do not think this means that it isn't as powerful because it is. If anything, Assault gives me more of a prolonged focus and intensity that has no crash at all. Blue Raspberry is a little sweet but besides that I can't think of anything negative to say. I would definitely buy this product again hands down.
