I just finished my first bottle (one month) of Fembody Hair, Nails, Skin Beauty Activator and all I can say is WOW!!! The first two weeks I didn't notice anything, but continued taking it because I knew it just needed to build up in my system...it has been 4 weeks and my skin feels amazing!! I knows it's not just all in my head because people have been making comments to me that I look like I'm glowing and my fiance can't stop touching my arms and telling me how soft I feel. lol I had a blemish on my chest that just wasn't going away after two months of me putting creams etc on it. so I kept messing with it and making it worse, but after the first three weeks taking this, it cleared up on its own without me doing anything else. Also, I can see on my nails where the new growth is and you can tell it just looks cleaner and stronger and doesn't have that drab yellow color to the nail anymore. They are growing quickly. And lastly, I think it is actually making my eyelashes grow longer. I haven't needed as much mascara lately. I feel great! I would totally recommend this product to anyone and everyone. I take it in the morning every day after I eat breakfast with a full glas of water and I also take a fish oil capsule with it and it doesn't upset my stomach at all.

I've used this product for a few months now and it's great. My hair is thicker and my nails don't break anymore- my manicurist doesn't tease me for my nails splitting all the time- in fact I took this in for her to see. Try this if you have weak nails, it could help you like it did for me.

I really feel the need to comment on the many reviews which have stated that users have seen changes in their hair and nails in a matter of weeks. The fact is, there is absolutely NOTHING you can put in your body which will impact the health and quality of hair and nails which have already grown. Only new hair and nail growth can be affected by dietary supplements. That being said, hair and nails grow at an average rate of 1.25cm and .35cm per month, respectively. This means you would need to take any supplement for a minimum of 6 months before results could be realized. I've been taking these supplements for 2 months and, not surprisingly, have no results to report. You'll hear from me again in 4 - 5 more months.

I am getting ready to order my third bottle of this stuff because it really works. My hair is healthy and shiny again, just like it used to be! I wanted this product to strengthen my nails and to prevent my hair from thinning out so much. In less than 1 week I noticed my nails were stronger and my hair didn't pull out so easily when I combed it. It satisfied what I was looking for (hair and nails), but I didn't notice any change in my skin. I DO recommend it for others!

I purchase this product 3 weeks ago, after the first week I noticed an immediate change in how soft my skin felt, especially my elbows. My face has a glow. My hair was falling out every time I would style it, now this doesn't happen. My nails have gotten stronger, thank goodness, I was about to get those acrylics because they were very brittle. I am very pleased with this product & will continue to use on a daily basis

My boyfriend jokingly asked me if I'd been taking "hair pills" because my hair looked "so shiny." Although I didn't notice my hair change (I began taking these out of fear of hair loss), I noticed my nails get stronger almost immediately after 1-2 weeks. I have never taken a hair/skin/nails vitamin before, but these seem to be working great. Take with food!!!!
