In one study, AAKG improved measures of strength and short-term power performance in weight lifters.Nitric oxide is the popular name for AAKG (arginine alpha-ketoglutarate), a compound made from the amino acid L-arginine and alpha-ketoglutarate, a substance formed in the body's energy-generating process. AAKG is a popular supplement among bodybuilders and other athletes because of claims that it increases production of nitric oxide in muscles. Nitric oxide is known to have blood-flow-enhancing effects,1 which could in theory increase the delivery of oxygen and nutrients to exercising muscle. While L-arginine by itself is known to increase nitric oxide production, no research has been done to show that AAKG does the same. However, double-blind trials of AAKG suggest it improves some measures of strength and power resulting from weight training.2, 3

I visitied GNC supply me with more of the MuscleTech® naNO Vapor ® Hardcore Pro Series™ of which I found very effective if I took at least 6-pills prior my work out and at least 45min. before. The pumps were good and tight and it lasted me a midium pumps the following days. I found it to be very good. But upon requesting it I was informed that Muscletech has discontinued it and was being replaced by the "NaNo-Stim". Honestly, I have good luck that my muscles get pump quick and last at least a day more and grow. But upon trying this new product, first 2 pills, then 4 pills, then 6 pills, then 8 pills. Dis not work 4 me. Very disappointed. I shoped around many GNC'S but wasn't able to find the original MuscleTech® naNO Vapor ® Hardcore Pro Series™ and im not planning to buy online. I jumping to a new product the Cellucor No3 Chrome and see how it goes. Note, is very expensive since I've got the 180pills to take at least 6 but i will gradually increase from 2 to 6-8 pills to feel how my system adapts to it :-)

This product is great! The max dosage is 4 (quite large) pills but I feel that is excessive and only take 2 sometimes 3 depending on how energetic I feel. The first times you take the pills you don't notice a difference, it is once you stop taking them that you noticed how much they helped. Always did extra reps when I took them.

Big mahalo's to Mucletechrob for hooking me up with a sample bottle of Nanostim to try out. Here are my thoughts on the product.
I started my first workout on just 2 caps to assess tolerance and increased from there. With 2 caps, I didn't feel anything out of the ordinary while working out. On that note, I increased the dosage to 3 caps and immediately felt a huge difference. It was like night and day. I believe the serving size is 4 caps, which I saved for my last couple of workouts.
Pump(9/10)- The pump with 3-4 caps is crazy!!! My muscles were so swollen that it hurt a little! I swear I felt bigger and looked bigger while on this product. Other than the pump, I really didn't feel anything else. I had no extra focus or anything, but pump and vascularity was amazing. If you are looking for a crazy pump product, you should give Nanostim a try.Pros
