Really enjoyed this product. The vitamins prep my mind each morning, the pre-work out is a great energy boost (as long as you watch the caffine intake), and the post work out protein shake dramatically shortens my recovery time and tastes great to boot. And finally I have the confidence of using GNC's high end products and research, not just what my buddy says works. A definite win.

I really liked that it had a multi-vitamin, pre-workout and post workout protien. The wheybolic protien is the best protien I've used, great taste with a high protien amount per serving. Don't take the muscle igniter too close to bedtime though as it will make sleeping difficult, overall I loved this package.
