I was looking for something easy and economical to use to supplement my lack of fruits and vegetables in my diet. I was already taking a multivitamin along with separate Vitamin D and B supplements. This replaces all those plus it gives me my fruits and veggies supplement for the day and so much more. I personally don't mind the taste at all and look forward to my glass of it everyday. I just mix it in a glass with water.....can't get any more simple than that.

I used to use the Mega Men Maximum blend. I do miss the vanilla and chocolate flavors. Unfortunately, I, like many others, don't intake nearly enough veggies during the day. The very knowledgeable GNC nutritionist told me about this product. I tried it, and immediately hated the taste!! I wanted to go back to my vanilla and chocolate. I found that after a while, you get used to the taste, and as a treat every now and again, instead of mixing it with water, I blend it with 2% milk and a bananna!
I've been told that during cold and flu season, Vitamin D is something we should ingest more of. Well, no problem, this stuff has 400% of the daily recommended dose! Overall, this is the only vitamin I've taken regularly, and knock-on-wood, I haven't gotten sick so far this season!!- My Beauty Routine Takes:

I needed a multivitamin because I just recently started to get hot flashes. I really like the idea of a powdered multi since it is more easily absorbed by the body. So after using this product for a couple of days, my hot flashes disappeared. One day of forgot to drink it, and by that evening, I had a hot flash. Next day, back on it and havent had another flash since! I realized I have been only using 1 scoop instead of 2! Love love love it!

I am a very picky eater. I despise most all fruits and vegetables. I tried vitamins, but I have alot of trouble swallowing those large vitamins so this was my last hope. I tried mixing this with water and just couldn't stand it,even though it was berry flavored, made me nauseated. So I tried adding a cherry pomegranite drink mix and it was better but wasn't sure I would stick to the regimen...so my last ditch effort was to try mixing that with fruit punch and VOILA!!!! I LOVE IT. I know I'm adding some sugar and calories in that I probably don't need but hey, it's better than nothing at all. And I've noticed that when I drink this juice I don't eat as much during the day.
