It works great. I always notice a huge drop in my sexual performance if i lay off of these for a week or so. Erections are much firmer and my stamina makes it so 30-40 min sessions are pretty normal for me.

i purchased this garbage on 5-14-12. i took it one hour before my girl came over,as directed. within 45 minutes i felt different. my heart felt like a 1000 beats per minute. my hands got cold and sweaty. my lips got dry yet had saliva constantly. it is terrible. its like being on 20 5 hour energy shots. i went back returned it today and got vitalikor..we shall see

I took this medicine without reading any reviews. After taking it I am a little taken aback by some of the other reviews. I have been taking it for 4 days now. The first day I did have insomnia. I have anxiety problems that are compounded by stress at work. This product has not only increased the frequency of my erections but hs also given me a nice energy boost. Take it before supper, do not wait til an hour before activity like it says. Do not worry, it will still get you a stiffy, even if you do take it 4 or 5 hours before activity. Decent product!

I have taken dozens and dozens of supplements this is by far one of the most dangerous I have ever taken. 1000 mg caffeine plus the yohimbine is for sure going to keep you up all night.
I thought the previous claims were exaggerated , THEY ARE NOT! My blood pressure stayed elevated for more than 24hrs and had the shakes. This is more of stimulant than anything else.

This is a DANGEROUS product. Read the other reviews. It will send your blood pressure and heart rate thru the roof. It's likely just a matter of time before this product is pulled off the shelf all together. Worst thing I have ever put in my body.

I bought this for my husband to try to see if it would help him- but I thought he was going to have a heart attack. This needs to be taken off the shelves- DO NOT BUY IT. I took it back to the store the next day. My husband had same bad side effects as the others and took a couple of days to recover.

This is the scariest product I have ever taken! It
is in my opinion an Extremely Risky and Dangerous product. 1 hour after taking (1) caplet as recommended, I began feeling like I was drifting in and out of conciousness. I became extremely flushed, highly agitated, overheated and nauseous. I felt like I could not catch my breath and decided to have a physician take my blood pressure. It was 154/106. My resting heart rate was 106. I felt like this for over 12 hours and did not/could not sleep at all that night. It took over 36 hours for me to feel normal.
