Elsa my 17 year old sweetheart has been very stiff with all the rain. She also has a thyroid condition and gotten thin. I started her on these and she seems a little less stiff but more importantly she LOVES them and will sit up and play circus kitty to get them. Considering she takes 5 pills a day under duress it is wonderful for everyone that she eagerly awaits these.

I was pretty skeptical because my cat refuses to take ANY medicine. He isn't fooled by mixing it in with his soft food. He actually likes these! We call them his 'treats'. After about 2 weeks I noticed that he was walking more smoothly and seemed to be jumping up easier. I have been buying these for 6 months and will continue as long as my cat keeps eating them!

My cat loves these hip and joint pills, she knows where we keep them and let's me know it's time for her med's...She eats them without any fuss and looks for more...I have seen an improvements in her walk and now she can climb as before any effort that required a spring in her legs was out of the question...she appears to be pain free.

This product is awesome; VERY effective, and with the Omega 3, good for a cat. With limited pain relief available for cats, this product becomes a priceless, quality-of-life booster for arthritic cats - AND cats eat it without hesitation, so it must taste good. I'd freely recommend this product to anyone with aging cats.

These worked great for my cat after his knee surgeries, it really helped him with his mobility and arthritis. The bad news, which is NOT a fault of these treats, is that he became allergic to shellfish. So, I had to switch to adequan and later added the skin and coat treats/hairball treats from GNC which help as well.
The only thing I would like is if these treats were slightly softer, and if they made a hard kibble-style one as well for cats who don't like the semi-soft treats like these.
But, these still get 5 stars from me because the cat who needed them loved them and they were effective for him.Pros

Finally a way my very fussy kitty will take this supplement! I bought this supplement in capsule form from another website and it was a nightmare trying to give it to her. I researched a bit to see if it came in treat form and the best review I saw was for GNC Pets Ultra Mega Hip & Joint Health for All Cats - Yummy Chicken Flavor. I was nervous my kitty wouldn't like them (like I said, she is very picky about her food and treats) but she loves these. Because it says to give them near feeding time as to not cause upset stomach I mix the supplement in with some other treats she likes and she gobbles them up. They are a little big for her so I break it into a couple pieces with my fingers which takes 2 seconds and is easy to do. I am so happy to find this product.
