Take one (1) capsule daily (in the morning) at the same time each day, or as directed by a qualified healthcarepractitioner. Best if taken on a full stomach. I take this product when I first get up in the morning, and it does exactly as it says! If you want to get leaner and harder, this is the best product I've tried to do so. Within the first week I noticed significant changes in hardness and vascularity. I love it!

I tried this product because I was told it would be an excellent cutting agent. I was on a strict diet/exercise program and this did nothing! It was the same as taking pills full of flour. Don't get me wrong if you diet and exercise right you'll see results, but you don't need this to see them.
