For use as a natural health product to increase natural testosterone levels.

I am half way through my 2nd bottle and can't say this has done anything for me. I have taken this as directed; 4 capsules each night before bed at least a 1/2 hour after I have eaten. I was hoping to get more defined / cut on this and so far I haven't seen it while working out 5-6 days a week, every week since I have started this. My diet is good, my commitment to the gym is great, and yet not impressed so much with this. It has not helped my sleep either, but then I have always been a light sleeper. About me: 44 years old, 6'2, 187lbs. Too expensive for not seeing any real gains or benifits. I'll finish out the bottle and hope to find something else.

I'm a 42 year old male, and switched to this from P6 due to the price of P6. I work out 5-6 days a week - mostly to gain muscle definition and some mass - keep unwanted pounds off.
I hit a plateau back in Feb, and started taking P6 - which worked wonders, so I went cheap on the second round of the cycle and switched to Test Freak. Gains have occurred, but minimal in comparison to P6. Test Freak is a nice compliment to the cycle, as I have not noticed any decreases in gains realized from P6 use. I also got it on sale and during Gold Card week, so it was a nice price for testing this product.
I have seen that other reviewers have taken this NOT as directed, which I don't really understand...but, if you take the 4 caps prior to bed on an empty stomach, you WILL see results, even thought they may be minimal. Sleep patterns have been great, with some really vivid dreams. Virility has stayed high (it went through the roof with P6) and no complaints with any side effects.
The biggest pro here (in addition to being affordable) is the recovery time I have noticed. My recovery time is outstanding with this product, which allows me to lift more frequently while increasing weight.
This test booster is solid, and I would definitely reccomend this to anybody new to trying test boosters. USE IT AS DIRECTED FOR BEST RESULTS. As info, I am on a strict carb-light diet and use protein shakes right after workouts, with casein protein shakes at night.
If you're new to test boosters - give this one a try, I doubt you'll be disappointed.- Gender:

Combined 2 pills with an NO2 booster before workout and had energy to burn. 2 more after workout for recovery. 4 at night on non-workout days...no problems sleeping, etc. By far the best test booster I have tried. Instructions say to take after dinner and before bed. Have just started. After having caught the flu like everyone, getting back to the gym was hard. Easier to workout longer than anticipated and not as sore afterwards. Hopefully this continues to improve.
