Rice protein is extracted from rice and used in some protein supplements. These are delicious my favorite quest flavor yet! Has real freeze dried berries in it not just pieces either! ( well for the strawberries good sized chunks) whole blueberries. Tastes like a healthy pop tart. Great source of protein and fiber. Really fills you up.

I thought for sure these wouldn't taste very good since they are very low in sugar and high in the "good stuff". I was pleasantly surprised! These taste amazing and they fill you up. I have a bar probably every other day and they fill me up for 3-5 hours. I should note I'm not a skinny minnie either. I'm trying to lose weight again and these are great!

Tastes very good and only has 4 grams of active carbs. Bought a variety pack berry and peanut butter and jelly were my two favorites. all were good though
