At 55 I noticed that I am not nearly as active as in the past and really not as strong or filled with energy as I was just a few years ago. I wondered if the different vitamins I have been taken were partly to blame. So, I bought and took these yesterday and today. I woke up feeling so much energy and really great. I won't lie, I know the lower humidity is also a delight but I would strongly recommend these supplements based on the face that I feel great and I know it is partly because of these!
