An excellent, excellent product. If you are expecting that "jittery" feeling this isn't the product for you. I find that more than anything, it helps me focus during my lifting routines. I get pumped up but not as much as I do with BSN N.O. XPLODE. I tried this product because of the ingredients and reviews on other websites. It does not upset my stomach, no itchy feelings, just mental focus and a small boost of energy with no crash.
If it were cheaper, I would buy it all the time. Bought it on sale but can't see myself paying for this regular price as it is - after all - a pre-workout drink.Pros

Tastes really good, better than kool-aid and I am pleased with its effectiveness. While it technically has no stimulants in it I feel vibrant after taking it before a workout.
