OK, so I bought this in hopes of having some resistance......it doesn't work....really at all. it doesnt really catch the wind for the wanted resistance....and the belt is for maybe a small teen who has just been introduced to athletics after the doctor telling him he needs to workout.
Maybe someone can use this but i could not....not practically anyways.....i tied the belt around my thigh lol.....it was funny watching others try to use it though...Pros
