On TRAINING days: Take 2 capsules 30-60 minutes before workout followed by 2 capsules with your first meal post workout.
On NON-Training days: Take 1 capsule 4 times daily with meals. Spread doses throughout the day.

Well,well,well so this is what all the fuss was about. Definitely a very
enjoyable product from week 1! The most noticeable effect I've noticed from
this product is extreme increases in appetite brought on by the anabolic and
androgenic properties of the product. This makes the product an amazing
addition to any natty stack because who wouldn't like to put on solid mass?
Many might say well why of it turns to fat well that my friends is where the
added cortisol control was a brilliant addition to this product. I managed to
stay lean and tight even while eating quite a bit of calories over maintenance
and really held on to gains well during my cut. I do believe this product
played a very crucial roll in staying lean and adding strength. Extremely
versatile product and that is what makes it so useful in any natty stack whether

Put on good size with this. Especially useful with Erase Pro because I put on weight with little to no fat gain. Good increase in strength. Great for the beginning of summer to put on a some mass before cutting.

After researching the regular AnaBeta for awhile, I was thinking about buying it. Then when I saw the AnaBeta Elite came out, I just had to buy it. Bottom line, is this stuff is ridiculous and works like no other. Dont even waste your money on other supplements. PES is really stepping up. This stacked with Erase Pro would be ridiculous and is probably what I am going to start using soon to get ripped up for summer.

I won a bottle of this on a forum awhile back, i had such great results i HAD to share them.
The profile on this product is unique, it uses an ingredient im not too familiar with - Anacyclus pyrethrum, as well as several others that are very popular.
Anacyclus is supposed to be a pure anabolic, and i read some research that shows it is highly anabolic.
I started running this at 4 capsules per day, 2 pre workout and 2 post workout on lifting days. On the VERY FIRST lifting day i had such intense pumps i couldnt believe it. I dont take any pre-workouts or anything that could alter this, it was insane.
My strength was skyrocketing, and I hit PRs on all of my lifts except squats, but ive been stuck at 505 for a few weeks. I didnt exactly expect to shatter this record.
I seemed to be dropping bodyfat and gaining lean muscle simultaneously, as verified by body fat assessment reading before and after. Fat mass decreased 4lbs, lean mass increased by 8lbs.
I was always hungry on this stuff, and i just ate whenever. I kept my diet clean, i just ate a TON of food. I expected to at least gain a few lbs of fat, but i guess this stopped it from happening.
Bottom line - This is ridiculous and I plan on making this a staple supplement.Displaying reviews 1-6
