I started using this product when I read all about the great results. I only take 2 a day - 1 in the AM-1 in the PM. I went to my endocrinologist yesterday and a was told that my cholesterol was the best it has ever been. The only thing I have done differently is to add this to my vitamin regime. I'm very pleased with this product!

This product is good if you want to increase metabolism and help with memory. However it is not meant to be used as a dietary supplement, unless you are a person who enjoys taking large pills all the time. 4 pills a day = 1 serving. I've decided that I will be purchasing coconut oil and adding it to more of the foods I eat to allow for the proper dietary supplement and I will take 1 or 2 a day along with my Fish oil, and Vitamin E to enchance the immune system and overall performance of my body.
