What ever toxins you are trying to detox from food, medications or whatever. Stop using 72 hours prior.. Try and drink as much water as you can for next 2.5 days.. I drink 9liters per 24 hours but I am big and fat. dont over do it, check water constumption per body mass for yourself.. at least 3 hours before deadline drink contents as described on packaging I have found greatest success with 20 minutes or so to finish contents, remember it tastes bad but works.. Urinate at least 2 times before deadline and drink plenty of liquids directly before the deadline.. It will help the process.. Good Luck if you know what I mean, but worked for me, several times..
