The SmartShake™ v2 27oz has two separate compartments in which you easily store several servings of nutritional supplements. For example: Protein, Creatine, Vitamins, Capsules, Pre- & Post-Workout Products.
The benefit with SmartShake™ is the ability to carry around several protein shakes or a mixture of protein shakes, pre/post workout drinks etc all in one unit. It's much more convenient than carrying the alternative: several individual shakers, or worse, three tubs of your supplements.
With SmartShake™ v2 27 oz you can store anything you like all in one convenient unit.

this is perfect because I have a couple different supplements I take, that If I took them all at once would taste horrible. But using the compartments on the bottom and the large top cup the top attaches to, I can keep them separate, drink one, add the next, and repeat, and not compromise the taste. Also an easy way to tote these supplements.

The cup is not 27oz. Most protein powders recommend 3 scoops but the powder holder only holds 2 scoops. I bought this particular item expecting a bigger cup but it was the same size as all the others.

Great shaker, was worried at first after reading the description that it did not have 2 separate containers below the main liquid container but it does. the bottom containers are about 6 oz and 4 oz. and secure snugly to the base of the water bottle. The shaker mechanism works great. It is slightly bulky in both height and girth.
