This is a really good product. I have being taking it for about a month and I feel great. I use to wake up in the morning and my sinus would be clogged and coughing and sneezing or have a runny nose. I started taking Ultra 75 Probiotic to help with a digestive problem, which quickly cleared up. I have also noticed that since I began taking it, I have only been sick once in a whole year. I had a small cold, that's all. Just to add to how healthy that really is, I'm a teacher, exposed to tons of germs a day! I usually get sick 3 times in a school year.
