ANYBODY THAT SAYS THEY ATE RIGHT AND EXCERISED ALONG WITH A FAT BURNNER AND LOST NOTHING.. IS NOT BEING TRUTHFUL..EATING RIGHT AND WORKING OUT ALONE. MAKES YOU LOSE WEIGHT (cutting a few cals).It does not give you a fast jilt..but a jilt nonetheless.. and it makes you sweat Im down three lbs in one week. (the norm is 1 to 1 1/2 withOUT a burnner) so it's okay

Product works Ok, you dont feel any rush any strong efect, but at the gym you'll sweed more and feel that you are burning a bit more. Also it you block some of the carbs you eat, it youll help. Just dont expect a miracle with this product, is not lip6 or cellucor products that you feel the efects positive or negative in seconds

I haven't ever reviewed a product before. I felt I had to with this one. I was excited to try this product when it came out. I ordered it, and GNC's site was having issues, and it would order. I was finally able to order it, and it was on back order. After waiting for the it to get to me. I started taking it the very next morning and stuck to exactly the dosage recommended. 2 in the morning, and one before lunch. 30 days later with sticking to my same workout routine. zero pounds lost. There were even multiple days while on the product that I not only didn't eat less, but felt like I couldn't stop eating. Never decreased my appetite.
