I use the product 45 minutes on an empty stomach before my cardio workout. with the standard suggested use: I didn't feel much energy but the thermogenic effect was great I highly recommend this to somebody who doesn't want much jittery energy but wants a really good thermogenic.

I tried Oxyelite PRO... was not satisfied... so then i did little research n come across HYPER SHRED... best thermo ever.... I stack it with GNC Ignite... After 15 mins of taking it.. i feel it not to intense but makes u gett of u butt n want to do something.. focus is amazing... helps with my 4 mile run every morning.. highly recomd.. be careful taking more than one... GO OUT N BUY

im on week two of this product and so far i have seen that im not eating as much anymore even when watching tv i would snack but now im just so focused on the tv i wouldnt think about food i take 1 pill when i wake up in the morning for a 6:30 class this pill wakes you up and puts a drive in you then i take another pill just before lunch and then im good for the day

Wake up take one pill, get dressed and eat a light breakfast, get the children ready for the day and then workout (crossfit). shower, house chores, take another pill (3-4hours later) then prepare lunch for my children and then myself, then I eat. It's that simple.

I am a cashier and stand on my feet all day. My job is relatively boring. Hypershred helps me maintain my focus and gives me the energy I need to keep myself busy. I would recommend this to anyone else who does any job similar to mine. I have tried other products in the past, including OxyElite Pro, and I found myself incredibly anxious and spacey, as well as getting extremely sweaty with no physical activity. I did not like it at all. With Hypershred I have none of those effects and I love it, it's exactly what I need!

Made me feel extremely sick. then i read the label. and saw i should only take one. when i did that it caused me still to be sick. tho i have notice a weight loss the past week i have been taking it. very good product if it didnt cause the sickness feeling

I got this product as a sample, it came with 10 pills. I needed a switch from my usual OxyElite Pro, so I figured I would try it out. I use the products to help with pre-workout energy and to help curb my appetite during the day. It doesn't give me much energy and only curbs my appetite slightly. Nothing like Oxy at all. I am an athletic female, 5'6" and weigh 126 (before taking this product) I have since put on 6 lbs and I am still eating the same and working out the same as I was on Oxy. I am not at all impressed, but again, not surprised as I have tried other BSN products which were not effective. This product is more for a beginner or someone who needs to lose weight and doesn't already have regimen. Glad I didn't pay for this product or it would have been returned.
