HOW
In a shaker bottle
Fill a shaker bottle with 200 ml (about 6 oz.) of room temp/tepid water. Add 2 level scoops and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds. Add 500-600 ml (16-20 oz.) of cold water and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds.
In a blender
Vitargo S2 can be combined with your favorite post-training blender concoction - protein powder, BCAAs, cinnamon powder, etc. and your favorite liquid. For best results add 2 level scoops to a blender drink while it's on and blending.

As an endurance athlete/triathlete/ultra-runner who has tried many different drinks, gels and recovery fluids...I can honestly say that Vitargo S2 is the top performer of anything I've ever tried.
Though viscous and thick to drink (it's like drinking semi-solid Jello), the fast-acting benefits speeds recovery and allows me to do more back-to-back runs and/or brick workouts.
I am not crazy about the flavors but am willing to overlook the taste/thickness in light of the recovery benefits I get from using it. Recommend mixing it into post-workout smoothies too.- My Beauty Routine Takes:
