I am 45 and recently started getting back into shape by running, hiking, and lifting weights. This product is outstanding. It has helped increase my strength so that I can push myself and has reduced my recovery time as well as soreness. I also like that it is healthy and the taste is great, which I cannot say the same for similar products. I would recommend this product for anyone who is active or wants to improve their health.
