I take two capsules in the morning before breakfast and one later in the day. I have been using the Ultra Collagen Enhance for several months, and I am pleased with the results I see. My complexion looks better, and it also has helped with my nails. It is one product I do not want to be without. Since one of the GNC stores in my town does not carry the Ultra Collagen, the manager ordered it for me in the store. It was shipped to my home address, and I received it within four days! Terrific service!!
