I combined this product with GNC Amp Creatine 189 and have had the best results using these two products than anything I have ever tried before. I know there may be people who are skeptical about product reviews, but I am not here to mislead anyone. I honestly wonder what is in this product because my bench went up from maxing 225lbs to benching 225lbs 10 times and even going as high as 250lbs for 5 reps and no one helping. Whatever they have come up with is the best product I've used and I've taken many products over the years. I only hope the FDA doesn't come snooping around trying to say there is something in this product that is illegal. I will always use this as one of my supplements, just wish you could purchase a bigger supply like 180 capsule bottle. Swole keep up the good work!

I have taken a couple different kinds of creatine mono. I liked them, but wouldn't say they were great. Kreate by Swole has been great! I take 3 capsules 25-30 minutes before my workout just like it says on the bottle. I've been taking it for about 3 weeks now and have had added to my max lifts. I was skeptical, but it has been a great product for me. I also feel stronger as my workouts progress.

For a longtime i would go through GNC.com and read reviews and try and find what people think about certain products. Most reviews were written by body builders and other ppl not in my age range. So i took a shot in the dark and chose this product because it was affordable and had good reviews. Holy moly was this a good choice! I noticed its effectiveness right away. So great, ive invested in other SWOLE products which were also great!

Quite recently, before taking Kreate, I was taking creatine 189 by AMP. It worked very well compared to all sorts of creatine monohydrate, nitrate and Kre Alkalyn products I had used before it. But It was not in the same league as this. Weighing 150, I was able to bench press 215 as my max for about a 4 week period. I started taking this two weeks ago, and my max is now 230 and I weigh 155 and still going up. This is incredable. Keep it up Swole!
