As a dietary supplement, take 2 capsules per day with food and water. Do not exceed 4 capsules per day.

I use Turbo Shred in the morning instead of Coffee- I used to drink tons of caffeine to get through the day, instead I take 2 capsules daily and I can crush my workouts. Very helpful in weight loss and appetite supression.
I also play poker and use it before sessions as it helps me stay focused and alert at the tables. HIGHLY Recommend this product-Pros

At first, this product worked great. I started taking one for about a month, and could see it working. Ive lost almost 15 pounds in about 3 months. I feel like I have grown immune to it now. I dont see the energy and focus that I use to, and I am now taking 2 a day. It also makes me go to the restroom almost immedietly after taking it, no matter if I eat or drink before taking it. Other than that, its a good product for the price.

I started taking Turbo Shred by itself...no change in diet or workout regiment; and I didn't lose a pound. What I gained in energy from taking Turbo Shred, only counteracted the sleep I lost each night. My appetite seemed somewhat supressed, but when I did get hungry it came on fast and strong.
Turbo Shred did not work for me. While it gave me more energy during the day, it didn't help boost my workouts and the sleep deprivation may have negated any benefits taking Turbo Shred could have had.
I would not recommend using Turbo Shred unless you're trying to shed your 5-hour energy kick. The product description's claim of "Mulit-targeted fat loss" is untrue, and the other claims aren't anything you can't get from other more effective products.- My Beauty Routine Takes:
