This product really works well. I have been taking this supplement for about 5 months now and have seen great results. During a build-phase in my training when I need to recover well from day-to-day, Endurance has done the job. I am a competative cyclist and have been taking it while I train, and afterwards. I also like to have a bottle of it with me the day after a hard workout to aid in my recovery. There is plenty of research out there on Branch Chain Amino Acids (BCCA's) and it is all positive. Give this product a try and you will not be disappointed!
