I read reviews when I am researching a new product and based on all the positve reviews I wanted this product. I used a half pack on my first work out and it was enough for my body weight 118. I like the fruit punch falvor and it does keep you focused. No after crash. The individual packs are great to keep in your gym bag

I love this product by Beautyfit. I have use most of the line and was very excited to try this when it came out!. I LOVE the packets...how easy!. No large container to drag around! The kick I get from this pre-work out is the best I have ever had. It makes me feel like I could run forever....and when weight training I push more weights for more reps when I take the beautystrong! I feel NO Jitters just an amazing Pump and Focus. I find the product mixes well and the taste is amazing. I love both flavors!!. This will be a staple in my training from now on!! Thanks Beauty fit for another amazing product made for us ladies!!..:)

I can't live without my BeautyStrong! I like both flavours but typically will choose punch over grape. I love the flavour - it tastes great. I've tried quite a few pre-workout drinks and this is by far my favourite. Hands down! I am a step aerobics fan and I really feel the extra boost that BeautyStrong gives me.... I feel like I have springs in my feet yet not the super hyper paranoid feeling that some other drinks give me lol. I recommend this product to anyone ... whether you're a super serious trainer or not... it's great for everyone.

My day begins at 4:00am. I am an early riser so I can get the first of my 2 workouts in for the day. This product has been a lifesaver on the days that I am less than motivated to drag myself out of bed at the crack of dawn. I drink this 30 minutes before my workout and it gives me a great energy boost without making me jittery. Just the right amount of increased adrenaline to help me push through those tough early morning workouts. Tastes delicious too!
