Overall, I am glad I got this. It makes me more alert and awake than I have been in years. YEARS. It's unfortunate that you're only supposed to take this pre-workout because I wish I could be this energized all the time. It gives you a major boost for your workouts and just makes you sharper and more alert. The main thing I do not like about this is the taste. It's not completely awful, but to me, it has a bitter taste. Not sure if this is just me.. maybe I'm more sensitive to whatever is in it that makes it taste this way. Maybe the fruit punch flavor is better. But I still take it because of how effective it is. The other thing I don't like is that nowhere can I find just how much caffeine is in this. Since I consume caffeine from a number of other sources daily, it would really be beneficial if they would list the caffeine content in mg. I couldn't even find it online anywhere.

Your work outs wil very be the same without BeautySTRONG! I start drinkig it about 20 minutes before cardio and weight training and instantly feel charged to push through even when on a restricted diet. It gives me the added energy and push I need and its made just for us! Girls only! :) try it - you will love it too!

I take my BeautyStrong Grape, 1/2 an hour before my work out. This stuff is AMAZING. it gives me the energy to push my self to the limits every workout. i can train harder and longer without the fatigue! It tastes like Grape Koolaid, which i love! the only thing i would say is that i can't take it too late at night, because it does keep me awake.
