I just got this stack in the mail and took it before my work out this morning. I felt great in the gym. I had more energy during my workout and after. I didn't get the niacin flush, just a little naseau but I ate a little and that fixed it. Am ready to see what the results will be in a couple weeks.

ive been doing the insanity workouts for 6 weeks and workedout regularly before insanity. before i started taking this it was very difficult to get myself to do the work. Once i started taking these 3 pills i wanted to work out. Gives you great energy!
