How to use the product: I use it just after waking up.
Things that are great about it: I have lost 3 pounds after using it for only 2 days! I have struggled badly trying to lose weight for a year now. I weight lift 4 days a week and do cardio 4-6 days a week. It doesn't make me jittery.
Things that aren't so great: It does give you a brief 30 minutes or so where the back of your throat feels icy cool but it goes away. It also made me break out in a red, heated body rash on day 3. After taking benedryl it went away quickly. After taking it 3 days, I am pleased with the product.

I just started taking this product yesterday..... if you are sensitive to caffeine..... do not take this... I am super jittery haha and.... im red all over and itchy!!! im pretty sure I'm not going to be taking this product. its just not for me.

My husband took these for about two weeks and lost weight.... And he didn't have much to lose. I decided to try it knowing that the only good way to lose weight is diet and regular excersize. Well, two weeks in and I'm down seven pounds. I didn't change my workout, this just cut my appetite. It did make me have serious menthol taste in my mouth and some stomach upset at first... But now that's gone. I think it's a good product and good way to kick start weight loss.... It is not a one step magic pill that allows you to eat junk and sit around.

This product is great. Me and my husband both use this and have both seen great weight loss. 20 pounds for me. This product doesnt make me dizzy no headaches no nasea. Great energy and a great appitite suppressent. I really love it. I have about 60 more pounds to lose and this I know is what is gonna get me there. :) some people said they got rashes and heart racing. But I nor my husband have had this problem. I encourage people to try this. It will help. :)

This is day one of Dexyfen trial. I am a 41 year old female 173 pounds, looking to lose at least 25. Employee at GNC recommended this after I returned the AMP Ripped VitaPak program that a different employee recommended. After reading all of the negative reviews I was a little apprehensive about my decision to start this supplement. At any rate, I took it first thing this morning and was full of energy. No redness or nausea. As a matter of fact, I kicked butt in my house work in no time. To determine its effectiveness – I am excluding my workouts this week, tracking my foods and documenting changes in appetite, moods and any weight loss or gain (hopefully no gain). I plan resume my 60 min a day workouts on day eight. I will be documenting my progress periodically

After reading so many negative reviews I chose to take the pill n judge for my self.So here is how it goes bought the pills first read reviews second,I wake upat 5am take it early n it give me energy about an hour after.

If u are sensitive to caffeine I don't recommend this pill, No allergic reactions just I get sick to my stomach if I eat sweets with this pill,but I guess that's a way to make you stop eating junk food! I exercise 3x a week but I am only on day 3 so far I like the pill. But know you will get tons on energy then crash at night! Good luck I will do an update at 1month

Personally, I love this product. It gives me the edge I need to control my appetite and shed some fat. I have no issue with the niacin in it unlike some ppl do. I love the burn, love the energy, and it crushes my appetite. A+ in my view.

Being that i am an active competitor fat burners, when getting into the critical last 8 weeks of show time, are critical. When getting into the nitty gritty and the diet in so dialed in sometimes energy runs low and with it come motivation. For me Dexyfen was the kick in the butt i needed on days when i really didnt feel like getting out of bed to hit the morning cardio. not only does this stuff get my feet moving it ramps me up but it carries me through my morning cardio and into work with a missed beat. This stuff is great. Tip for those who experience upset stomach. take it with a meal or just before dont take on an empty stomach the food should help soften the blow of the intense energy you will get with this. the other great thing is my usual, dreaded, mid day craving have seemed to disapate. you cant expect it to carry you though the day if your one of the starvation dieters but it will carve out craving for those who eat 4-6 meals a day and dont want to snack inbetween. GREAT PRODUCT!

Take one capsule in the morning on an empty stomach and you'll feel energized all day. I didn't feel the need to snack between meals and I saw great improvement in very little time. If your trying to cut weight, this is the supplement you need.

When it works, its works good. I feel a great burn, but most days i take it as directed i dont feel anything but heartburn. I'm not sure their quality control is very good. One day your head is on fire, the next 3 or 4 days nothing!
