I take 1 a day with my normal vitamins, and I have to say, been using it for about 2/3 weeks and I have noticed that my hair is not falling out as much when I shower. Usually, I give vitamins about 6 months to start seeing if they are working, but Hair Volume works within a very short time. I have also noticed my nails are much stronger. I just took off gel nails after covering my own for over 16 years! I thought it would be about a 6 month process to get my nails back in order, but it has been since the end of March and they NOW look great and extremely strong. I have to credit Hair Volume with that remarkable achievement. I am very happy with the product and will continue to by it!!
