PHYSIOLOGICAL BASIS: "Reactive hyperemia" describes the increase in muscle blood flow that occurs during high-intensity resistance exercise and produces the "pump" associated with increases in muscle size. The NITRAFLEX™ pre-training formula contains ingredients that in vitro, animal and clinical studies suggest possess properties that may help advanced athletes maximize energy, intensity, vascularity and reactive hyperemia (pumps) during their workouts, and provide long-term support of testosterone and nitric oxide levels in the healthy range when used as directed.*
UNIQUE PROPERTIES OF SOME OF THE KEY COMPOUNDS IN NITRAFLEX:- 1-SCOOP POTENCY*: NITRAFLEX is so potent, only 1 scoop (1 serving) is necessary. Do not exceed 1 scoop in a single 24-hour period. Do not take NITRAFLEX with 5 hours of bedtime.
- HIGH CITRULLINE: ARGININE RATIO: Arginine is a proven precursor to nitric oxide (NO), a vasodilator. What most people don't know is that arginine supplementation stimulates the activity of arginase, an enzyme that breaks down arginine. Over time, this may actually result in reduced arginine and NO levels, in turn causing your preworkout formula to stop working. Research suggests that supplementing with a high ratio of citrulline to arginine may reduce this risk by avoiding overstimulation of arginase*.
- 6 WEEKS OF TESTOSTERONE: Calcium fructopyranose borate (CFB) has been shown to increase testosterone in healthy subjects*. Training days: Day 1: Begin by assessing your tolerance with half a scoop (½ scoop) of NITRAFLEX™ mixed with 6-8 oz of cold water. Days 2 and beyond: Depending on tolerance, mix 1 serving (1 scoop) of NITRAFLEX™ with 6-8 oz of cold water and consume within 30 minutes before working out.
Non-training days: Take 1 serving (1 scoop) upon arising in the morning or before any physical activity. Do not take more than 1 serving in a single 24-hour period. Do not take within five hours of bedtime.
Optional - Stack NITRAFLEX™ “Tablets”: Take 3-4 NITRAFLEX Stimulant-Free Tablets with 1 scoop of NITRAFLEX Powder 30 minutes before training for more dramatic effects.

[2 stars] It has been speculated that AAKG may increase production of nitric oxide, a substance known to enhance blood flow. In one study, AAKG improved measures of strength and short-term power performance in weight lifters.Nitric oxide is the popular name for AAKG (arginine alpha-ketoglutarate), a compound made from the amino acid L-arginine and alpha-ketoglutarate, a substance formed in the body's energy-generating process. AAKG is a popular supplement among bodybuilders and other athletes because of claims that it increases production of nitric oxide in muscles. Nitric oxide is known to have blood-flow-enhancing effects,1 which could in theory increase the delivery of oxygen and nutrients to exercising muscle. While L-arginine by itself is known to increase nitric oxide production, no research has been done to show that AAKG does the same. However, double-blind trials of AAKG suggest it improves some measures of strength and power resulting from weight training.2, 3

This is a great product. Do not take it before any kind of game though, becuase all pre workouts dehydrate you for those who didn't know already. Just included my sports to show you that I am always training, usually 5-6 days a week. I have tried every pre workout product and this one is the best one since before jack3d got modified and changed. I have talked many friends into getting it and they all like it just as much as me. It helps me you get those extra reps and go longer in the gym when your training. You do not get the gittery feeling you get from others and it is just overall the best pre workout I think out there and I've used 1 more rep, assault, C4, N.O. xplode, Bull nox and none of them compare. I like this one the best.
