Rice protein is extracted from rice and used in some protein supplements. Vegetarians may prefer it over protein supplements made from animal sources (such as whey or casein, which are milk proteins). I read a lot of review about bad taste but I have no complaints. You just have to know how to mix up with fruit or milk/bananas. The Vanilla is also very tasty but to some may be too sweet, which is why the natural is a good alternative. It's not too thick and curbs my appetite until lunch.
