RESURRECT-P.M.™ is an extremely powerful sleep and recovery supplement strictly intended for use by healthy adults 18-50 years of age. To assess your tolerance to RESURRECT-P.M.™, start by consuming ½ scoop 30 minutes prior to sleep. Recommended serving is 1 scoop mixed with 4-6 ounces of water on an empty stomach 30 minutes prior to sleep. Take RESURRECT-P.M.™ for 5 days in a row and then take 2 days off. Do not exceed more than 1 scoop per day. Allow for 6-8 hours of sleep after using.
Other Ingredients: Natural & Artificial Flavors, Maltodextrin, Silica, Sucralose, Acesulfame-K, FD&C Blue No. 1 Warning: CAUTION - READ ENTIRE LABEL BEFORE CONSUMING! KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Good sleep aid. On the nights i used it i slept throughout the night when normally i wake up at least once. Only had samples, i think a tub would help see the lean muscle growth.

wow, every bodybuilder who is dieting for a show knows how hard it is to get a good nights sleep. after using the resurrect pm for over a week no longer have that problem. I notice my sleep is deeper. my dreams are more intense and I feel a lot more energized in the morning. I use to sleep in 2 hour intervals tossing and turning all night. now I can honestly say my sleep is much less restless and I can stay sleep longer.

This is my favorite product of the RCSS line!! For those who dont know, recuperation is KEY for muscle building! (that along with proper nutrition) Resurect-Pm is a great product which enables you to sleep better and relax your muscle hence increasing to recuperation phase which will make you build more muscle. Great taste, mixes very easily with water. I recommend taking it around 35-45minutes before bed time. Very effective product, i would definately recommend to everyone!

very easy product to use. I would simply mix it with water about 30-45 minutes before I go to bed. Great taste, blends very easily and helps with sleep and muscle relaxation hence more effective muscle recovery. Id wake up feeling brand new! very very good product!

I have suffered from sleep apnea for years and have recently started using a CPAP machine to remedy the condition. The CPAP definitely works but one problem when wearing that mask while sleeping is waking up in the middle of the night and not getting back to sleep! I started using Resurrect PM about 2 weeks ago and I noticed the first night of using it, I did not wake up until my alarm went off in the morning! I am now getting more rest and therefore am recovering at much more rapid rate and feeling much better than ever!

I use this product to lower my soreness and also provide my muscle with key ingredients when i slumber.
things the are great is that the product actually works i though is was gonna be a placebo but the product got my stamp. your probably saying hes just a average guy but i not only do i train my self but i train young men and woman so im always looking for the right product,something with no side effects and something that don't taste bad or that i don't have to take a whole lot of for it to work.

I am using this at night to promote deeper sleep which helps in the production of testosterone. It does help me sleep, but it also helps to repair muscle tissue. I'm not as sore the next day when I take resurrect pm. I've lifted of the days when I couldnt take resurrect that night, and I definitely feel sore. Take it as recommended 5 days on, 2days off. Those 2 days without it I ended up lifting less.
