I suffer from a clinical condition called chronic enlarged prostrate. The non "ultra" version of Saw Palmetto is a miracle herb, reducing my prostrate so I don't have to take medication, however this "enhanced" version has one-fourth the Saw Palmetto (the ingredient that works to reduce the size of the prostrate) and a bunch of other useless herbs. Buyer beware! This is nothing but a marketing gimmick, and if you truly suffer from chronic enlarged prostrate like I do, don't buy this version!
