Metabolically, these product seem effective at increasing energy expenditure at rest and during the recovery period following intense aerobic exercise, coupled with a greater reliance on fat metabolism. But leaves you really tired after use and I don't recommend a extensive use just for short periods like one bottle.

after i eat in the morning i take this product 30 minutes after then wait about 30 minutes to 1 hour before i work out it works great i lost 3 pounds so far the only thing that i don't like about the product is the constant contraction i get in my stomach hours later i will be switching and trying out the pro sculpt instead but over all a great product
