Take 2-3 tablets every day on a light to empty stomach. Cycle 8 weeks on and 2 weeks off (complete 2 bottles).
- Drink 2 full glasses of red grape or fruit juice within 1 hour after every workout to optimize insulin activity.

- Take 10-20 grams of creatine daily.

I'm 58 years old now, Need a little help with my testosterone support. Tried this product, take 3 pills every morning. 2 weeks later and recovery is a little quicker, weights getting lighter and lost 6 pounds so far. Started out at 216 pds, now weigh 210. Looking to get back to about 185 pds. My old self is coming back. I have always worked out over the years, on and off. So i know what works. Started using creatine as well. Benching 210 pds today. cant wait to see the 6 week workout.

I have used M drive and High T, but they have that fenugreek smell. Testrol has fenugreek seed, but the smell is not as noticable in sweat or urine like M drive and High T are. There is extra energy for exercise with the added L-arginine and tribulus. Sex drive improves with testrol. I also recommend vitalikor as a natural substitute to combat erectile dysfunction.
