Tart cherries contain a nutritional goldmine of phenolics, which are naturally occurring plant compounds that have anti-inflammatory and antioxidative properties. The main type of phenolic in cherries are nthocyanins. Tart cherries are also a rich source of melatonin. The naturally occurring blend of phytonutrients and antioxidant compounds work synergistically to fight free radicals.

- Health Notes

Tart Cherry
Tart Cherry- Reliable and relatively consistent scientific data showing a substantial health benefit.
- Contradictory, insufficient, or preliminary studies suggesting a health benefit or minimal health benefit.
- For an herb, supported by traditional use but minimal or no scientific evidence. For a supplement, little scientific support.
Our proprietary "Star-Rating" system was developed to help you easily understand the amount of scientific support behind each supplement in relation to a specific health condition. While there is no way to predict whether a vitamin, mineral, or herb will successfully treat or prevent associated health conditions, our unique ratings tell you how well these supplements are understood by the medical community, and whether studies have found them to be effective for other people.
For over a decade, our team has combed through thousands of research articles published in reputable journals. To help you make educated decisions, and to better understand controversial or confusing supplements, our medical experts have digested the science into these three easy-to-follow ratings. We hope this provides you with a helpful resource to make informed decisions towards your health and well-being.

Comments about Dynamic Health Tart Cherry Juice Concentrate:
Saw this on Dr.Oz that it helps those who have trouble falling asleep. I made the purchase and use a capful added to 1/3 glass of ginger ale or water. I drink this just before going to bed. Since using the tart cherry juice I've had 4 months of sleeping very well. No more trouble falling asleep, tossing/turning or sleepless nights for me!!
The salesman at our local GNC said he hadn't heard of it helping with sleep, but was interested in hearing if it works for me. My next visit I'll share how happy I am with this product and how it really does work!
I only wish it wasn't a bit pricey (for my budget). However, I'll be watching for future sales on this great product at GNC.Pros

Comments about Dynamic Health Tart Cherry Juice Concentrate:
I have had gout for 20 years and suffered from it to varying degrees over the years. My most recent bout was in my wrist, it was so painfull at times that I couldn't button a button. My wife bought me some tart cherry juice from a health food store and I drank about 16 oz a day, in two days my pain was gone and then I ran out. I then bought this from GNC and I've been drinking about 3 or 4 TBLS a day for about a month and I've had no gout pain since. I tried eating cherries but they didn't help, I tried cherry juice, but it didn't help. It wasn't untill I drank TART cherry juice. This stuf is amazing, I highly reccomend it. And it tastes great too!

Comments about Dynamic Health Tart Cherry Juice Concentrate:
I have had arthritis pain (due to swelling) in my spine for years. The past 2 years it got progressivly worse - to the point it was painful just to walk. A friend told me about tart cherry juice and after a week of pain that was intolerable I purchased a bottle. After taking it daily (2 TBS diluted in about a cup of water)for 1 1/2 weeks I was pain free! This is miracle stuff! I told my brother about it and he started taking it and is also pain free. I took a long walk on the beach which I haven't been able to do in years! It is a bit pricey but it is worth it to be without pain.

Comments about Dynamic Health Tart Cherry Juice Concentrate:
I am 64 years old and I've had the gout since I was 30 years old . I inherited the gout from my father .I've suffered tremendous pain from this desease over the years and it became more frequent and out of control about 2 years ago . My go to remedy has always been Indocin . With me , all the other prescription drugs didn't work . I started taking cherry concentrate about 8 months ago and I have been gout free and Indocin free ever since . IT'S A MIRACLE ! IT WORKS FOR ME ! I watch my diet to some degree but I still drink beer . If you want a cocktail , add some cherry concentrate to your favorite vodka or whiskey . Cheers !!!!!!
