Love this product! Taste great! Great value! Has the amino acids needed with recovery along with the protein such as isoleucine, leucine, valine, and also has glutamine for recovery. I take BCAA during workout and then this right after. I continue to experience soreness, it doesn't 100% go away but these products aid well in speedy recovery.
