I just started working out for the first time since 1998 and well... I decided to try this product. I thought it would be a good choice and in my opinion, this is just an "ok" product. Why? well, it does't do much. It just gives a little bit more energy and the side effect it's not a good one but, hey! may be it's just me. Every time I take this thing within the hour after taking it it gives me the bubbly squirts. I know, it's not a pretty picture or thought but, that's what happens to me. So, in short... I wouldn't recommend this product.

Im unsure if this product actually works since I only had the sample pack so im not going to say its totally useless. I mixed with water and shook my bottle for a good minute and most of the powder was at the bottom. I then decided to shake it a good 10 minutes while watching tv to see if that would change but it was all still at the bottom. Not only that but the taste was pretty harsh but not as bad as the myo-blitz fruit punch fusion.

I used this product for a month, and did the recommended dose of 1 scoop per day. I would take it in the morning after I ate breakfast. While taking this product I felt an increase in energy and aggression due to a increase in test. Over the course of the month I was able to put on 6Lbs of muscle mass as well.
