I took the qwk kit to help finish my season strong. I saw overall improvement in all the 4 categories. The only thing that was tough was having to take so many pills, but I got used it.

I was slightly aggressive with it and ran all four bottles in one week, I felt unstoppable, workouts were easier, quicker muscle volume, I'm not a big fan of cardio but my stamina was wow...now I just need more.

I'm a collegiate wrestler at 197 pounds. Taking the Strength bottle for the first week I have seen incredible results. I kid you not...They mean it when they say see results in one week!!!
