With potent amounts of Coleus forskohlii, yohimbe, L-theanine, theobromine and caffeine, this powerful formula delivers a one-of-a-kind sensory experience and jacks up energy levels! Plus, HYDROXYCUT HARDCORE® ELITE will help you lose weight with the key ingredient (green coffee extract [C. canephora robusta]), which has been shown to be effective in two separate human clinical studies. Very few thermogenic formulas have solid clinical studies backing their weight loss ingredients, let alone two weight loss trials. Now it’s time for you to experience what a real weight loss formula can do for you!

POWERFUL WEIGHT LOSS COMPLEX TESTED IN 2 CLINICAL STUDIES!
2 In one study, subjects taking the primary ingredient (green coffee extract [C. canephora robusta]) in HYDROXYCUT HARDCORE® ELITE for 60 days lost, on average, 10.95 lbs. versus the placebo group, which lost an average of 5.40 lbs. Both groups followed a low-calorie diet. In a separate 8-week study, subjects using the same key ingredient lost an average of 3.7 lbs. versus subjects using a placebo, who lost an average of 1.25 lbs. Both groups followed a calorie-reduced diet and performed moderate exercise.

SUPER-THERMOGENIC ALSO DELIVERS EXTREME ENERGY!
HYDROXYCUT HARDCORE® ELITE also contains a powerful super-thermogenic ingredient (caffeine anhydrous) that’s been shown to deliver a serious boost of extreme energy after just one dose!

Health Notes

Conjugated Linoleic Acid

Conjugated Linoleic Acid
This nutrient has been used in connection with the following health goals
  • Reliable and relatively consistent scientific data showing a substantial health benefit.
  • Contradictory, insufficient, or preliminary studies suggesting a health benefit or minimal health benefit.
  • For an herb, supported by traditional use but minimal or no scientific evidence. For a supplement, little scientific support.

Our proprietary "Star-Rating" system was developed to help you easily understand the amount of scientific support behind each supplement in relation to a specific health condition. While there is no way to predict whether a vitamin, mineral, or herb will successfully treat or prevent associated health conditions, our unique ratings tell you how well these supplements are understood by the medical community, and whether studies have found them to be effective for other people.

For over a decade, our team has combed through thousands of research articles published in reputable journals. To help you make educated decisions, and to better understand controversial or confusing supplements, our medical experts have digested the science into these three easy-to-follow ratings. We hope this provides you with a helpful resource to make informed decisions towards your health and well-being.

This supplement has been used in connection with the following health conditions:

Obesity
Dose: 3.2 to 4.2 grams daily
Though the evidence is conflicting, some studies have shown CLA to be effective at helping people lose body fat. (more)
Athletic Performance
Dose: Refer to label instructions
Conjugated linoleic acid may play a role in reducing body fat. Research has reported that CLA supplementation produces minor gains in muscle size and strength in weight-training men.(more)
Prostate Cancer
Dose: Refer to label instructions
Preliminary research suggests that CLA might reduce the risk of cancers at several sites, including breast, prostate, colorectal, lung, skin, and stomach.(more)
Breast Cancer
Dose: Refer to label instructions
Preliminary research suggests that CLA might reduce breast cancer risk.(more)
Obesity
Dose: 3.2 to 4.2 grams dailyA double-blind trial found that exercising individuals taking 1,800 mg per day of conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) lost more body fat after 12 weeks than did a similar group taking a placebo.1 However, two other studies found that amounts of CLA from 0.7 to 3.0 grams per day did not affect body composition.2, 3 Most double-blind trials have found that larger amounts of CLA, 3.2 to 4.2 grams per day, do reduce body fat;4, 5, 6, 7 however, one double-blind study of experienced strength-training athletes reported no effect of 6 grams per day of CLA on body fat, muscle mass, or strength improvement.8

Athletic Performance
Dose: Refer to label instructions

Conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) is a slightly altered form of the essential fatty acid linoleic acid. Animal research suggests an effect of CLA supplementation on reducing body fat.1, 2 Controlled human research has reported that 5.6 to 7.2 grams per day of CLA produces only non-significant gains in muscle size and strength in experienced and inexperienced weight-training men.3, 4, 5 A double-blind study of a group of trained men and women reported reduced body fat in the upper arm after 12 weeks of supplementation with 1.8 grams per day of CLA.6 Further research using more accurate techniques for measuring body composition is needed to confirm these findings.

Breast Cancer
Dose: Refer to label instructions

Preliminary animal and test tube research suggests that CLA might reduce the risk of cancers at several sites, including breast, prostate, colorectal, lung, skin, and stomach.1, 2, 3, 4 Whether CLA will have a similar protective effect for people has yet to be demonstrated in human research.
