To assess your tolerance, for the first day, take 1 capsule once daily. On days 2 and 3, take 2 capsules once daily. On day 4 and beyond, take 2 capsules twice daily, 30 to 60 minutes before your two largest meals (e.g., breakfast and lunch). Do not snack between meals. Started out weighing 253.8 LBS on 3-11-13, fast forward to today cracked 204 LBS. My height is 5 foot 6 inches. I have been using this product for about 3 weeks now. I take it about an hour before my morning workout and then about an hour after lunch. Hydroxycut has good thermogenic properties and really helps keep me energized throughout the day. I have been eating cleaner and paired with this I have dropped 5lbs of fat. Here is my final review of the product after 3 weeks of using this daily. I feel that this supplement really helped me to come in even more shredded and dialed in in my last competition 1 week ago. I had a show a couple weeks before and wasn't as lean on stage. I started to use Hydroxycut Elite and kicked my metabolism into high gear the last few weeks of my contest prep. I placed higher than ever and continue to see results as I prepare for my next competition. The effects don't ware off like other fat burners. I consistently make progress each week on this product. I currently take 2 capsules morning and afternoon and feel more focused and more energy.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I received a trial bottle of Hydroxycut Hardcore Elite for the first time and it has really helped me stick to my diet plan. I have noticed more energy within minutes and I don't feel as hungry as I normally do. It gets me going and I can keep doing my daily routine without getting distracted by my hunger pangs. It helps me get to the gym before dinner. I can even do some cardio. So far, I have been getting much leaner and I am starting to see more definition. The ingredient combination is just right. It doesn't make me feel jittery and there is no crash at all. With a high protein diet and this product, you will see results very fast. I recommend it! I have been taking it for 2 weeks and I have lost about 3 pounds of fat!

This is only my second day on HCHE and I haven't experienced any side effects whatsoever! So far I'm taking two pills a day and did not get that energy boost or warm feeling everybody else is talking about - I don't know if that's just me or that the pills are just not effective. Great! ! To say the least! ! To start I took one capsule about 30 to 45 minutes before a cardio session but within minutes I got a warm sensation and not even a minute into my workout I broke a sweat! My cardio workouts generally involve jogging on a treadmill at 5 mph for about 20 minutes. It looked as if I had just done one of my insanity workout dvds because of how much I had sweated and even an hour after I still have a warmness in my body. I greatly enjoyed my sample pack from jacob at muscle tech and can't wait to try a whole bottle!
Just writing an update have a whole 100 count bottle and have been taking them for a few weeks and the warm feeling goes away after a week or so and I think these are very effective thanks againMTPros

I received a sample packet of this from my fiance, we're both into working out and we usually hit the gym together. I've been having trouble getting through my workout lately because of some pain from an old injury. Working out usually helps, but I can't always get an effective workout if I'm hurting. It effects my endurance. Anyway, I took 1 cap of this about 15 minutes before my workout and I was thrilled with the results. I was able to go above and beyond what I had been doing previously. I will be using this again.

I was sent a full bottle to try for free from Muscletech. In my honest opinion, it was not a bad fat burner to use. My caffeine tolerance is pretty high, so I did not have any jitters. I want to that I did not crash either. After, I took this, it was substantially more caffeine that I intake per day, but I got a nice smooth energy about 15-20 minutes after I took the supplement. I'd give it a try, if you're looking to add a fat burner to your supplement stack.
