I have only been taking this supplement for five days and noticed a difference in my appetite, cravings, and my mood from the first day. I take one pill in the morning and one at night before dinner. I have always been an overeater and big snacker but I am not having the cravings anymore. In five days I have lost 4 pounds and my mood has improved. I seriously feel like I've had a glass of wine. Maybe my serotonin levels were low before but even if this didn't help curb my cravings, I would take it just for the way it makes me feel.

This really does work for me. I could tell the first day I took it that I wasn't as hungry. That really surprised me because I'm someone who can just eat all day non stop. And if I forget to take it I'm hungrier. I got this to use while on phase 2 of the HCG diet because the HCG formula I was using did leave me hungry however I could not use this because it contains vegetable oil. The label shown here on the website is not the actual label on the bottle because the bottle does say under additional ingredients: vegetable oil. But as soon as I was off phase 2 of the diet I started using it and it definitely works to curb my appetite and cravings for sweets and my late night binging! I will try the Fembody brand next time I'm on the diet though because it looks like that one does not contain vegetable oil (hopefully).

I was diagnosed as pre-diabetic/diabetic about a year ago. All day snacking was not a problem nor late night snacking. I have been on a 1200 Calorie diabetic diet (three 45 carb gram meals a day and three 15 gram snacks a day)and I was trying a cinnamon supplement to help lower my glucose levels and did not see much improvement. About three months ago I was given metformin once a day. The levels were better although not as low as I liked. I read about saffron extract and bought my first bottle at the local GNC and although I have not lost any weight, my glucose levels have greatly improved. I have not had any real cravings. I would love to see some weight loss as well. This will probably really help with all the temptations during the holiday season. I would recommend giving this a try for lowering blood glucose levels, of course with your physician's approval.

I took the recommended dose and completed the entire bottle. I bought this with the intention of it helping to curb cravings, but it didn't really do anything. I haven't found anything better than OxyElite Pro yet. Is it possible to have that again in stores??????? I lost 20lbs with OxyElite Pro, and felt great with my exercises.

I rarely leave reviews about stuff, but I had to for this. I've been using it for a little over a week and I've seen an incredible change in my appetite. I'm not craving the sweets and chocolates I usually do. More interesting is my PMS ! I had ZERO PMS, no bloating, no mood swings. My boyfriend even commented cause I had no clue my period was coming early (TMI, yes I know but had to say how its helping!) I've noticed a change in my mood, I'm more energetic and I sleep better, I don't get up to eat. This is after 7 days ! I take one with breakfast, and one at night at dinner. While results may vary, I've seen results already in weight, -2 in a week. I'm also doing WW and walking, so, it'll all fall into place. Try it !
