To assess your tolerance, for the first day, take 1 capsule once daily. On days 2 and 3, take 2 capsules once daily. On day 4 and beyond, take 2 capsules twice daily, 30 to 60 minutes before your two main meals. Do not snack between meals. Do not take within 5 hours of bedtime. For best results, use for60 days in combination with diet and training. Do not exceed 4 capsules in a 24-hour period. Drink 10 glasses of water daily for general good health. Read the entire label before use and follow directions provided.
Other Ingredients: Magnesium Stearate, Silica, Gelatin Capsule (Titanium Dioxide, Gelatin) Warning: Not intended for use by person under 18. Do not use if you are pregnant or nursing. Discontinue use and consult a medical doctor if you experience any medical condition or if you have been treated for, or diagnosed with or have a family history of any medical condition or if you are using any prescription or over-the-counter drug(s), including blood thinners. One serving (2 capsules) of this product contains up to as much caffeine as 3 cups of coffee. Great product but beware, it acts as a multiplier for any other stimulant.
If you have ever been sensitive to stimulants, ever thought "I shouldn't have one more cup of coffee because it will give me the jitters", then this product is not for you. It is extremely potent. Also, if you have coffee, a red bull, monster, a Coke... this will amplify the stimulants in that product and you will bounce off the walls.
When you first start taking this you will need a week or so to get used to the effect, like any product.
Overall I have been impressed with this and would recommend this but as I said, it's potent.Comments about MUSCLETECH Xenadrine® XT™:
Received a free sample also. Took one in the morning with a cup of coffee. Within 10 minutes I felt the surge of caffeine. I had the jitters and it did not provide appetite suppression as I had hoped. I would probably only take them on the weekend before working out or running with my dog. It gave me a too hyped up feeling without actually being alert. I like the alert feeling more.

This product was offered as a sample and I thank GNC for samples, I love that they let you try things that are expensive first. I wouls like to first say that I am an avid energy supplement and can handle too Cellucor HD at a time with coffee and ginseng, BUT This product was way too uncomfortable to endure for 10 minutes little alone 4 -8 hours. My husband took it after me at work and was telling me all night he couldnt stop shaking. Would not recommend unless you intend on running 5 miles after consuming this brand.

I purchased this product after using the first version of Xenadrine. I received decent results and thought I would give the extreme a try. I took one pill in the morning and one right after work around 5 about 2 hours before my workout. After taking the pill in the mornings I would ALWAYS get extremely bloated and feel absolutely massive. There was no energy at all from them and after the evening pill dinner was out of the question unless I wanted to be miserable all night with bloating and abdominal cramps. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

I recieved a free sample of this product. Its terrible this product had no warning to not take anything else with caffeine, thanks to the no warning I overdosed on caffeine, there was a side effects part on the label but these CAN BE DEADLY! Of course the staff did not warn me about taking too much caffeine either. Terrible product.

I received this as a sample and now have went back and purchased more. The energy and appetite control I get from this product is unreal. Nothing else comes close. No jitters or crashes. Some thermogenics can really make you shake, this doesn't. I worked long hard hot days and this gets me thru them. I take 2 in the morning and then 2 about a 1/2 hour before lunch and I am good to go. I have also lost about 5lbs with one bottle which when you are trying to bulk up and burn fat is important
