Comments about Vega™ One All-In-One Nutritional Shake - Berry:
I started off mixing the powder with just water in a protein shaker. It was okay. the texture was really gritty, and the flavor was alright. It definitely tastes much better blended with frozen fruit and almond milk (or any milk I suppose) or in your favorite shake. It has many great nutrients, but I honestly don't think it is worth this price. There's only 20 servings per container, so in order for it to last longer I would only use 3/4 of a scoop. Overall, bad texture mixed with plain water, expensive, but nutritious and good in shakes or smoothies. If I were to buy again I'd rather try the chocolate flavor.
