This is a good tasting product. However, continuous mixing while drinking is recommended. If you do not drink it quickly it will have some settling at the bottom of the mixer. It does not smell bad, just different.
Drinking this first thing in the morning reduces my cravings for unhealthy foods. I drink this in the morning, a healthy fullfilling lunch, and a green drink at night. I can tell a difference in how I feel.- My Beauty Routine Takes:

I love all the flavors of the Vega One Nutritional shakes but the chocolate is my all time favorite. I drink two shakes a day, breakfast and lunch, and eat a healty dinner. I feel 100% better since I have been using this product. I have lost all of my sugar and carb cravings and have lost 10 pounds in a few months. I highly recommend this product to everyone!!!

This is my first vegan based powder. I had heard the chocolate was not liked from reviews but I didn't listen to them. The powder mixed better than any of the other powders I have tried. I didn't have a chalky aftertaste. My only con is I can't get the scoop its stuck in the bottom of the container. I also do not have a sugar spike because it is sweetened with Stevia.
