If you like Chai tea, you will most likely enjoy the vanilla chai flavor. I LOVE it! I mix it with plain unsweetened almond milk and a few ice cubes in a shaker. It does take a bit more elbow grease to blend this powder. Based on the research that I've done, this is one of the most balanced and diverse plant-based nutrition options.
I use this primarily for post workout recovery and occasionally as meal replacement. The travel packs will sting your wallet, but they are great for travel. Overall, if nutrition is your number one priority, this is an awesome product!- My Beauty Routine Takes:

The vanilla chai is a delicious flavor. The taste is great; you get the cinnamon and vanilla notes right away. I blend it with 1/4 frozen blueberries with water and ice cubes and makes a thick, smooth, and yummy breakfast shake. Extremely satisfying and very filling! Plus the added benefit of the RDA of vitamins and minerals, even has probiotics! This product also regulated my system. You won't be disappointed. GNC also has the best pricing - lowest I could find anywhere.

This was my first purchase of Vega One and I'm happy GNC had such a great sale on it. The vanilla chai tastes good, I was expecting it to have a bit more chai. I was disappointed that it did not fill me, as I was still hungry afterwards, but I definitely find it more rich than other meal replacements I have used in the past. I love that this is vegan!
